Based in the heart of Cornwall, Hilda Living is an embroidery and textile design studio founded by Textile Designer, Rebecca Land; with a passion for creating unique, handcrafted pieces that reflect the values of sustainability and craftmanship. The business is named after my late grandmother, Hilda, who was an embroidery enthusiast.
I specialise in bespoke embroidery design, hand embroidery, illustration, and digital embroidery services. I welcome private commissions, brand collaborations and corporate gifting to bring your vision to life with decorative embroidery.
I strive to create unique design-led pieces that are aesthetically beautiful and will stand the test of time. My clients can expect to receive one-of-a-kind artworks and finished pieces that reflect their individual personality and style. Whether you wish to mark and celebrate a new baby, a wedding, a birthday milestone, or you'd like something decoratively embroidered, I would love to hear from you. I love to recycle, upcycle and repurpose old fabrics or items, and use scraps and end-of-roll fabrics whenever possible.
The very popular Christmas stockings and sacks are always available to order (all year round - especially if you're a brand looking to discuss ideas) - they can be adapted and personalised to your specific requirements.
Embroidery workshops will be relaunching in the near future. We will be hosting a range of design-led embroidery workshops, embroidery retreats and textile related courses. Workshops will also be available to book for corporate team building events.

I offer a range of colours and designs but I can work with you if you wish to have something made more bespoke for you or a loved one.
